Smoked Peach Margarita. Julian Serrano’s Italian restaurant offers a smoked peach margarita. The smoke comes from two sources: Bellagio’s house label double reposado by Herradura, and house-made smoked peach limoncello. Vanilla thyme syrup rounds out the flavor.
China Poblano, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Salt Air Margarita. Jose Andres was inspired to create the this mix of lime juice, simple syrup, tequila blanco and “salt air” when he was hit in the face with salty ocean water, $16.
Hyde at Bellagio
Blood Orange Margarita. Highly distilled Casamigos tequila is balanced with tart lime juice, sweet orange juice and Aperol aperitif and garnished with a blood orange half-wheel, $18.
Mandarin Bar, Mandarin Oriental
Cucumber Cilantro Margarita. This fresh spin on the margarita contains Milagro Reposado tequila, cilantro, cucumber, agave nectar, fresh lime juice and egg whites, $18.
Topgolf, MGM Grand
Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita. The kick of Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila is tamed by lime, agave nectar and fresh strawberries, $14.
